We understand that the needs of each family are unique. Our role is to assist families by identifying candidates who closely match the individual criteria of each family. We help families find experienced and caring nannies, certified baby nurses, housekeepers and personal care assistants on a part-time and full-time basis throughout the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut area. We work with families who needs include both live-in and live-out situations.

    The placement process at Tami's Agency begins with you. One of our placement managers will work with your family to identify both the job requirements and those aspects of the job that are individual to your family. Having understood your particular requirements we refer the most qualified candidates to you. This process insures that your family will find a candidate who is well suited to your needs in both experience and temperament.

    We then perform extensive background checks on perspective candidates followed by a thorough interview process. Finally, we refer only the most appropriate, qualified candidates to you, so that you may conduct personal interviews.

    Once you feel you've found the right person for the job, contact us and we'll complete the process by making the final arrangements. There is no fee to families for our services. If you hire a care provider through Tami's Agency, as the employer you will be required to deduct one week's salary from your employee over the first two weeks of employment. You employee has already agreed to have you forward that week's salary to us as payment for the assistance that we have provided to them in finding suitable employment.
