    The placement process at Tami's Agency begins with you. One of our placement managers will work with your family to identify both the job requirements and those aspects of the job that are individual to your family. Having understood your particular requirements we refer the most qualified candidates to you. This process insures that your family will find a candidate who is well suited to your needs in both experience and temperament.

    Finally, we refer only the most appropriate, qualified candidates to you, so that you may conduct personal interviews.
